Workshop Learning Objectives

Aircrete has endless applications.

In collaboration with Ignacio of Acuna Design, join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Domegaia’s aircrete systems and tools while participating in a live build demonstration of a Trilogy sauna.

This workshop is designed to give you real, hands-on experience with aircrete while opening the door to how these systems can evolve into refined, experiential spaces.

Bring your ideas, questions, and designs—and learn through direct experience what this incredibly versatile material is capable of.

 

For those interested, this workshop also serves as an introduction to commissioning custom Trilogy sauna, bath, and wellness environments. 
 

Course Project: Build an Aircrete Sauna based on a special collaboration with Acuna Designs. 

 

*Open to all beginners interested in general uses for Aircrete (not just for those wanting to build a dome)

About Our Host

Title

Ignacio Acuna is a designer, builder, and founder of Acuna Design, Trilogy, and Yocoya Lab. With over a decade of experience working with Domegaia as an instructor, designer, and build consultant, his work bridges aircrete construction with natural finishes, sacred geometry, and wellness-focused environments.

 

His current work focuses on designing thermal ritual spaces that integrate saunas, bathtubs, and showers into immersive, human-centered experiences.

The workshop location is 5 minutes from downtown Sabastapool, CA. 

 

There are no on-site accommodations, but Sabatapool offers many Airbnb and hotel options.

Cancellation Policy

  • Those cancelling more than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop will receive a full tuition refund, minus a 7% processing and administration fee.
  • Those cancelling 2 - 4 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop will receive a half tuition refund, minus a 7% processing and administration fee.
  • No refunds for cancellation requests made less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop
  • If the workshop has to be cancelled for any reason, you will receive an immediate full refund.
