What is the Injection Mixer?
The Foam Injection Mixer is Domegaia’s most efficient tool for making high-quality aircrete. It injects foam from the Dragon XL directly into the slurry while mixing, producing ultra-consistent aircrete with fewer steps and less mess. It’s fast, clean, and ideal for solo builders or small crews. Plus, the powerful motor can also be used for mixing mortar and stucco.

How it Works

How do I make foam with the Injection Mixer?
You don’t need to create foam separately. Simply connect the mixer to a water source and air compressor, add your cement, and the machine injects foam automatically as it mixes.

Do I need an external air compressor?
Yes. You’ll need a compressor that delivers at least 5 SCFM @ 90 PSI to power the foam injection system.

DRAGON XL is a powerful, compact Aircrete foam generator. It features a high-pressure, self-priming, continuous duty pump, and a dial indicator air-pressure regulator valve for easy and accurate adjustment. The Dragon XL enables you to make large batches of foam agent for big Aircrete projects!

The DRAGON XL is designed to work with a larger reservoir of foaming agent. It is perfect for jobs where a large quantity of foam is required. Dragon XL produces continuous consistent foam. The foaming agent is gravity fed into the suction tube. It won't lose its prime when it is shut off. Dragon XL comes with a quick connect suction line bulkhead with screen and shutoff valve. Simply drill a 1/2" hole near the bottom of any suitable container to attach the bulkhead.

Mearlcrete-S is a new synthetic foaming agent developed especially for making the best Aircrete. It works perfectly with the DragonXl and the Domegaia Building System.

The Domegaia Building system has been pioneered to work with simple tools and materials. For foaming agents, we've used dish detergent because it's available worldwide, and this still works.

Mearlcrete-S will take your Aircrete experience to the next level. It is made by Aerix Industries, which has been pioneering foaming agents for Cellular Concrete (Aircrete) used in many different applications since 1940. Up until now, their products have been used exclusively in large-scale construction like highways, commercial buildings, and Industrial Construction.

Highly concentrated - use less than half the quantity of dish detergent
Avoid collapsing with a much higher-integrity foam that is stronger and lasts longer.
Better bubble matrix provided higher compression strength and R-Value.
