Proposal & Travel Planning

Based on your project's your location, training needs, and visit length, we’ll send a customized proposal outlining how we can support you—from planning to construction coordination. We’ll also clarify your responsibilities and ours, so expectations are clear from the start. Once confirmed, we’ll handle travel logistics and coordinate with your team.

System Setup

Title

We work with you to prepare for the build and sourcing the right tools and materials. We offer personalized recommendations based on your layout, tools, and climate, adjusting the workflow to match your site and goals. Once on site, we help you set up and test your full Aircrete system—foam generator, mixer, batching process, and casting forms—so everything is ready to go.

Team Training & Build Kickoff

Whether you're using your own crew or sourcing builders locally, we guide you through the first stages of building—pouring, stacking, shaping, and reinforcing—while sharing best practices and troubleshooting on the ground.

Milestone Check-ins & Troubleshooting

As your project progresses, we’ll offer support either in-person or remotely, at every key build stage—such as foundation setup, dome stacking, waterproofing, and finishing. Can you help if I already have architectural plans?

Yes! We can review and adapt your existing plans to suit Aircrete construction. We’ll help you avoid common pitfalls and ensure your plans are ready to build.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your project. We offer starting ranges for each service tier, and once we understand your goals, we’ll provide a clear estimate. No surprises.

What’s included in a custom design package?

Each design package is unique to your need but can include custom floor plans, 3D visuals, dome-to-dome triangulation drawings, layout planning, and suggestions for plumbing, electrical, and passive cooling.

How long does the process take?

Timelines vary by service and project scale. Small design projects can be completed in 3–4 weeks; larger projects may involve multi-phase timelines. We’ll map it all out clearly with you.

Can you help me with permitting if I live outside USA?

Yes. We assist with local code research, zoning insights, and referrals to local engineers or architects as needed. We’ll help you get the paperwork right.

Can I work with my own builder or team?

Absolutely. Our role is to set you up for success, whether you're DIY-ing or working with a local team. We can also help you find vetted builders if needed.

Do you offer support during construction?

Yes. We provide consulting and project management options throughout the build. That can include progress reviews, and remote support.
