Diamond Studio: Cost To Build Report

We created this cost-to-build report based on the real-world costs observed during the 2024 workshop in Arkansas for the Diamond Dome Studio. Backed by years of industry experience, this report includes detailed material and tool costs, helping you plan your budget with confidence.

What IS included:

You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of tools, material quantities, and costs for:

• Foundation: footings, slab 

• Main Structure: dome and arches  

• Mechanical Systems: electrical, plumbing, septic  

• Interior & Exterior Finishes: flooring, paint, windows, doors  

• Furnishings & Fixtures: furniture, appliances, lighting  

• Miscellaneous Items

What's NOT included:
- Labor costs and other miscellaneous fees such as site work, cleanup, waste removal, landscaping, fencing etc.

- Inflation or price adjustments since the time of the build in 2024.
