About our host: Devon Allan Towle

Devon Allan Towle, the dynamic Founder and CEO of Global Glamping, was born in the scenic town of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Nurtured in the outdoors of the Jemez and Sandia Mountains, Devon developed a deep connection with nature. His passion for skateboarding led him to a remarkable achievement: the establishment of three skateparks in Rio Rancho, fostering a thriving skateboarding community.

The passing of his father in January 2004 was a pivotal moment. Driven to honor his father's memory, Devon pursued a baseball career, earning a scholarship in Borger, Texas. His journey then led him to the University of New Mexico, where he delved into the world of architecture.

Devon returned to San Antonio, Texas, embarking on a career as a Housing Consultant with Palm Harbor homes, specializing in manufactured and modular homes. This experience ignited his interest in the tiny home industry and accessory dwelling units (ADUs), culminating in a dream to create his own tiny home community.

Struggling with personal challenges of drugs and alcohol, Devon sought a fresh start in Montana in 2018, following his mother who moved there in 2015.

In Montana, he discovered the glamping industry and launched the ELUV8 Skatepark, an indoor facility that not only served the community but also played a critical role in his journey to sobriety, starting in March 2019.

Devon's commitment and innovation have not gone unnoticed. He has been sober since 2019, a testament to his resilience. His achievements include being featured in Forbes for winning "Best Hipcamp Montana 2021" and the "Best Hipcamp 2022 Canada - The Taiga" as a master affiliate.

Vision & Philosophy:

TLC - Togetherness, Love, Community: At the heart of Devon's vision is the mantra of TLC. He is dedicated to fostering togetherness, spreading love, and building a strong, supportive community through his work in the glamping industry.

Devon Allan Towle is more than just the CEO of Global Glamping; he is a visionary leader, a community builder, and an inspiring figure who has turned personal challenges into opportunities for growth and service. His story is one of resilience, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to enriching lives.
